Duties: |
Market of Choice employees create a pleasant in-store atmosphere and provide knowledgeable and friendly customer service.
Our bakeries include something for every occasion and every taste, from cakes to doughnuts to bagels. Market bakeries provide homemade baked goods for busy people who crave both freshness and convenience. Bakery staff must be motivated, able to embrace a team environment and have effective communication skills.
As a part of Bakery Management some of your responsibilities will include:
- supervision, scheduling and training of all Bakery Department employees,
- organization of all Bakery Department duties;
- maintaining positive customer relations;
- delivery of wedding and other specialty cakes;
- training and development of Bakery employees;
- logging/processing invoices and taking inventory;
- expense control;
- general housekeeping;
- & enforcement of company policies. |
