Global Marketing Manager – Industrial, Institutional & Household Cleaning

We’re looking for someone to lead our Global Marketing Team for our Industrial, Institutional & Household Cleaning business. You will work with this cross-functional team to create and drive execution of the annual global marketing plan. You will manage global marketing activities including development of sales support tools, and develop business cases for new Research & Development projects to drive long-term business growth while having direct people management responsibility for two regional marketing managers.

Duties:

Here’s what it takes:

• Master’s degree in Business/Marketing and/or relevant technical area; 5+ years of B2B marketing and/or sales experience; or combination thereof.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
• Talent for translating business strategies into concrete projects driving execution and results.
• Exceptional leadership skills.
• Ability to work successfully in a cross-functional team environment with demonstrated international and intercultural experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Relevant industry experience advantageous, but not essential.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20-30%).
• Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Relocation to Salem, Virginia required.
