Description: |
| Responsible for professionally handling all outbound calls from potential or existing customers. Handle all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer system, manual documentation and training resources. |
Duties: |
Responsibilities:
•Understand TMS systems
•Enter all information accurately into TMS system
•Escalate calls as needed based on information gathered from caller
•Adhere to schedule including lunch and breaks
•Be HIPAA compliant while performing daily duties
•Maintain all training materials related to client, keeping current with updates provided by the training department
•Other duties as assigned based on departmental requirements. |
Qualifications: |
•Excellent communication skills including verbal, written and listening skills.
•Ability to work independently.
•Proficiency of computer keyboard.
•Previous CSR or sales experience
•Proactive highly motivated.
•Exhibits professional behavior.
•Excellent rapport building skills.
•Ability to retain and communicate medical information.
•Ability to provide answers with approved responses for questions.
•Ability to determine a medical question/adverse event to be transferred to appropriate party.
•Ability to enter information into designed system insuring data integrity.
EDUCATION: High school diploma or GED equivalent - 18yrs and older
