Description: | Processes loans and manages a pipeline of loans in a timely manner;
collects, follows up and reviews required documentation according to guidelines of FNMA and FHLMC, to facilitate closings;
triages new applicants using preset criteria for credit worthiness;
provides superior service through listening to customers and anticipating their needs;
recommends our various services.
| Qualifications: | Must have a current Florida mortgage broker’s license; preferred experience with federal, state and local down-payment assistance programs; thorough knowledge of state/county subsidy programs and FNMA, FHLMC and FHA/VA guidelines;
must have 3 yrs conventional and FHA experience;
excellent computer, written, verbal and organizational skills;
detail oriented;
work well in a team environment; be adaptable to change;
have a “whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude.
