Description:

Performs on-site repair and maintenance on all Konami game platforms. Responsible for fulfilling work orders resulting from customer service requests. Provides on-site training to customers on game functionality and operation

Duties:

• Maintains current knowledge of all Konami game platforms
• Performs on-site service on KGI games within an assigned territory including; game installation, game removal, product conversion, option configuration and preventative maintenance
• Assists with installations and conversions of machines as required
• Provides on-site training to KGI customers on platform options and functionality.
• Completes work orders for repairs or maintenance
• Coordinates with customer service to requisition replacement equipment and facilitate equipment returns or exchanges.
• Completes timely and accurate service logs/work orders and submits completed documentation to customer service to facilitate issue tracking and invoicing of reimbursable services
• Maintains an accurate inventory of equipment within service vehicles; coordinates with customer service to replenish equipment as it is used
• Completes back-shop maintenance on games as required by schedule
• Maintains a positive image of KGI within the industry by providing exceptional service to both internal and external customer
• Escalates issues that cannot be directly resolved to service management for prompt resolution
• Ability to travel with assigned territories up to 75% of work time on short notice.
• Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays is required.
• Clean driving record is required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or general equivalency (GED); Minimum of one year experience as a slot technician or related electronics experiences and/or training. Gaming experience preferred. Must be Bi-lingual.
