| PSECU, a $3+ billion full service financial institution, is seeking a Full Time Branch Service Advisor. $15.48 per hour to start and go to $16.45 after 6 months. Hours: Monday and Friday (8:30AM - 4.45PM) and Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday (8:15AM - 4:30PM) are required. Candidates must be prepared to commit a minimum of 37.5 hours per work week. |
Duties: |
Duties include: - Works mandatory OT, when required.
- Assist branch manager with daily operations
- Oversee teller functions and ensure a superior level member service quality
- Performs branch open, close and balancing duties
- Provides detailed member counseling on complex issues
- Cross sells PSECU products and Services
- Performs all routine teller duties
- Must be able to work independently and under pressure
- Works mandatory OT, when required.

Qualifications: |
- The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal communications and listening skills.
- PC skills and the ability to quickly assimilate credit union product benefits a must.
- Two or more years teller experience desired.
- Must be available for training during daylight hours. Training period will be approximately16 weeks.
- Professional business attire required.
- Must provide own transportation and be available to work at both offices in Harrisburg, as needed.
- Must be bondable and credit worthy.
