The Home Services Consultant assists callers with setting up their home utility services. Individuals will use a consultative approach when offering & selling products and services to customers such as Phone, Internet, Cable TV, Satellite TV, DSL & more.

Duties:

- Maximize sales opportunity on inbound calls from individual consumers. - Assist callers with setting up their home utility services. - Must be detail oriented to manage semi complex order processing and inputting of data. - Provide stellar consultation on product offering, selection pricing, availability, etc. - Consistently reach daily and weekly individual and team sales goals. - Demonstrate persistence, overcome objections and strive to improve your skills and sales performance - Effectively communicate and build relationships with customers to provide a world class customer experience - Present key selling points, features and benefits while remaining focused on the customers' needs and expectations - Must read and ensure customer understands mandatory provider disclosures. - Deliver high quality customer service by using a friendly & outgoing style during the sales process. - Possess and demonstrate good judgment, integrity, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

- Minimum age of 18 years. - HS Diploma or GED. - Highly prefer 2 years of post high school education, but equivalent experience will be considered - Highly prefer 2-year or 4-year degree - Applicants should have strong computer skills including Microsoft Office. - Previous telephone sales experience is highly desirable. - Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check. - Ability to work independently, as well as, in a team environment. - Ability to communicate clearly and effectively both oral & written. - Flexibility with work schedule within the Contact Center Hours of Operation: 7am-8pm M-F & Sat 9am-4pm.
