Duties: |
Answering & distribution of incoming calls.
Processing sales orders for existing customers.
Tracking orders and equipment delivery.
Assist with Return Authorizations.
General administrative duties.

Qualifications: |
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years sales support experience required.
Good communication skills
Ability to multitask
Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office imperative
Must be able to lift and carry 25 pounds
