Description: | | Chief Operating Officer (COO) needed for rapidly growing, profitable, $20mm/yr, high-tech, private company. The company has the potential to increase revenues to $100mm/yr in 3-years while continuing profitable operations. The company’s patented technology has been demonstrated in a large pilot plant at a coal burning power plant. Revolutionary potential of the technology for multi-pollutant and greenhouse gas controls has been demonstrated through extensive testing and independent evaluation. The company’s first commercial contract for an $80mm emission control system installation is imminent. Additionally, the technology has numerous potential applications to chemical, oil and gas, pharmaceutical and other industries. | Qualifications: | Minimum education requirements include Ph.D. in engineering or sciences (chemical engineering degree preferred) and MBA (finance specialization preferred). Applicant must have at least 15-years experience beyond the Ph.D. including development and commercialization of high-tech products, development and protection of intellectual property, project management of $50+mm projects and management of organizations of 100 people or more.
