Description: | | Altra is seeking a Financial Services Collector. The right candidate should be detail oriented with a background in high volume collection calls. This is 100% collections with a strong focus on providing exceptional member service. | Qualifications: | | This position requires outstanding customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor; minimum six months previous collection and credit analysis experience is required. Must also have excellent organizational, written, verbal, and telephone communication skills with the ability to work confidently, comfortably, and effectively under pressure. Microsoft Office competencies, spreadsheet, and 10-key experience required. |
