Description: | | The Account Executive for Wireless will be responsible for the management of revenue creation through the sales and development of wireless service providers. The position will handle all partner relations, assist in contract negotiations, process management, sales development and maximization of net revenue for Allconnect. Responsibilities include overall product line development and management, analyzing and modeling potential outcomes, reporting task/project status, accurate forecasting, and responding to the day-to-day issues or needs of assigned partners. All work must be completed in a manner which optimizes Allconnect revenues and is mutually beneficial to the respective customer, partner or service provider.
Success will be measured on the ability to successfully build and implement a wireless channel, and balance between partner needs and Allconnect’s ability to optimize product and channel offerings. Metrics will include call center operation performance by product, as well as partners’ responses to how we are meeting their performance objectives. Individual will also be measured on the statistics around shrinkage/breakage and order processing efficiencies.
| Duties: |
- Provide direction and work collaboratively with members of the organization to develop, implement, and grow the wireless vertical.
- Analyze market statistics, customer information, and competitor data/services to formulate effective relationship building strategies and identify new revenue opportunities among existing accounts
- Monitor account activity (i.e. volumes, key performance indicators/metrics, incident reports, corrective action reporting, performance plans, trends, etc.) to ensure the relationships are profitable and amicable
- Responsible for guiding the development of programs, training, sales tools, scripts and plans to enable the call center and other sales channels to optimize and maximize net revenue with regard to telecommunications and other related products.
- Partner with sales management, operation’s management, corporate marketing, etc. to ensure that contractual obligations are met, product offerings are delivered efficiently, and the customer, partner or service provider relationship is profitable and amicable.
- Demonstrate understanding and execution of the account management leadership skills required in a growth organization and start up function.
- Focus on driving partner market share through channel growth, call center optimization, and back end process improvement
| Qualifications: |
- Proven track record creating and maintaining partner relationships in Wireless and related industries
- Experience in the distribution and marketing of Wireless products
- Highly developed communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Strong research, analysis, and communication skills with the ability to manage complex relationships
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work closely and collaboratively with multiple departments and managers
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with an orientation towards developing win-win solutions
- A broad, strategic orientation with an attention to detail
- Business planning, forecasting and analytical skills with strong Excel knowledge
- Ability to manage a diverse work load and prioritize tasks
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing clients or businesses.
- Demonstrated track record of relevant achievement working within the Wireless or related industries.
- Proven track record of accomplishments in account management and/or product management.
- Extensive experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and ad hoc reporting software
- Must be able to travel as required to create and cultivate relationships with assigned accounts.
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University
