Description: |
24/7 Human Services agency seeking multiple part-time entry-level customer service professionals for our expanding efforts in crisis intervention & suicide prevention.
If you want to be part of a great team dedicated to saving lives, this position is for you. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required.

Duties: |
The individuals chosen must:
• Have excellent communication skills as well as outstanding telephone and customer service capabilities to assist callers who may be extremely distressed and/or in crisis
• Be able to empathetically respond to callers in distress without passing judgment
• Capable of multi-tasking phone and data entry while ensuring typing accuracy, speed, proper grammar and spelling
• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize individual and team oriented responsibilities
• Demonstrate superior computer competency, proficiency, & ability to learn new programs quickly
