Description: |
| Provide administrative support to the Director of Sales and all members of a growing inbound sales department. Serve as a liaison between the department and all internal and external sources. Assist in administering all duties and projects under the responsibility of the sales department. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for acting as a gatekeeper, directing clients and service personnel to appropriate departments and ensuring that the proper channels are maintained in communications and personnel interaction from an entry point perspective. |
Duties: |
• Provides administrative/secretarial support to the Sales Department such as answering telephones, maintaining employee department files, documenting policies and procedures.
• Coordinates all department-related recognition activities including but not limited to DIRECTV promotions, anniversaries and holiday events.
• Track department attendance and attrition activity and provide trends analysis weekly.
• Helps applicants with online application process.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Sign for and distribute UPS/Fed Ex/Airborne packages.
• Protect and maintain verbal and written CONFIDENTIAL information.
• Retrieving mail and disseminating to correct locations.
• Prepares reports on administrative support/clerical functions of office & other appropriate subjects.
• Reports building maintenance to respective parties.
• Post daily performance statistics.
• Maintains IT track-it forms for IT related issues.
• Report hours to payroll department.
• Other duties as assigned.
