Portland” (Willamette Week), Bike Gallery was founded in 1974 and has grown to include
six neighborhood stores capturing the heart of Portland. As a family-owned
business, dedicated to connecting Portlanders with bicycles for healthier
hearts, minds and communities, we are looking for the right individual to grow
with us.
You are a team player who enjoys working in a small business environment. You
have excellent communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
You are confident, capable, yet remain humble. You are a dynamic, collaborative
individual with the proven abilities, skills and knowledge to direct the
financial affairs of this rapidly growing, profitable, and progressive retail
organization. As Controller you will be responsible for the company’s
accounting practices and preparation of financial reports, analysis of
operations, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, as well as supervision
of the inventory management function. You appreciate the Portland bike culture
