Description:

Basic Skills includes Compensatory Education, Adult Basic Education and English as a Second Language. Basic Skills Instructors are needed for morning, afternoon and evening classes. You will work with students individually, in groups and whole class to develop life skills, reading and math skills and prepare for college and the workplace. All positions are limited to part-time. You must have at least a Bachelor's degree to be an instructor and at least a high school diploma or GED to be an assistant. It is preferred that you have experience and/or a Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
