Description: |
The Employment Coordinator role serves as the primary person responsible for all front-office operations including operating a multi-line telephone system and directing callers to appropriate personnel, mail distribution, event and meeting set up, office supply orders and other clerical duties.

Duties: |
• Welcomes on-site visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. If wait is going to be a few minutes, offers refreshments. Uses high discretion and confidentiality to accommodate all visitors, vendors and employees including senior management.
• Answers questions about organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
• Performs all front office duties including logging all incoming visitors and applicants. Monitors visitor access and issues badges when required.
• Responsible for ordering general office supplies for the entire company. |
Qualifications: |
| Associate’s degree or higher, preferred in Business Management, Finance, Communications, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. |
