Great Southwestern Construction, a subsidiary of MYR Group Inc., one of the oldest and largest electrical contractors in the country, has an immediate opportunity for an HR Assistant / Risk Management individual at it's Castle Rock, CO district office.
Seeking candidates that are reliable, punctual, team players, and have a good attitude. Salary commensurate with experience. Position is full-time with excellent benefits including paid vacation, health insurance, life insurance, dental, vision, and 401k.

Duties: |
| Position will entail working in a busy office environment, with the need to multitask between various assignments efficiently. The ability to utilize time management skills to organize and complete assignments to meet deadlines will be necessary. Some billing and accounting tasks may also be required. |
Qualifications: |
The successful candidate must be detail-oriented and have exceptional oral, written and interpersonal capabilities. Skills necessary for this position include:
--Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word
--Logic with numbers/accounting (a must)
--Construction Risk Management Programs
--Workman’s Comp policies, procedures
--Safety programs experience/knowledge, documentation & Compliance, OSHA
--Positive Attitude
--Self-starter
--Punctual
--Reliable
Associates Degree, and knowledge of JDEdwards/AS400 would be preferred, but not required. Top candidates will have 3-5 years minimum Human Resources experience. A construction background is also preferred. The right candidate must be detail-oriented with exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal capabilities.
