General Job Objectives:
Responsible for professionally handling all inbound and outbound calls from potential or existing customers. Handle all calls according to client specifications including but not limited to using computer system, documentation and training resources. MUST BE BI-LINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH

Duties: |
• Receive calls from customers or interested parties requesting program information
• Perform follow up calls to customers, potential customers and physician offices
• Enter all information accurately into TMS system
• Escalate calls as needed based on information gathered from caller
• Adhere to schedule including lunch and breaks
• HIPAA compliant a must while performing all duties
• Maintain all training materials related to client, keeping current with updates provided by the training department
• Other duties as assigned based on departmental requirements |
Qualifications: |
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
• Ability to utilize a variety of sales techniques to optimize success
• Ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Windows applications and computer keyboarding
• Previous sales experience required
• Bilingual – fluent in English and Spanish
• Results oriented with demonstrated sales success
• Exhibits professional behavior
• Excellent rapport building skills
• Ability to learn, analyze, retain and communicate complex information
• Ability to enter information into designed system insuring data integrity
EDUCATION: High School Diploma required. Some college preferred.
