Duties: |
Responsible for the smooth running of Samaritan Center and the direct supervision of the residential support staff and other staff who work directly with families. Provides a leadership role in creating an atmosphere with in the residence where growth changes occur through positive, respectful and supportive interactions. Acts in capacity of Administrator when circumstances make it necessary

Qualifications: |
Education
Bachelors degree in human services, nursing, health or related field.
Experience
2-4 years experience preferably working with homeless people.
Ability to work with and understand the problems of homelessness.
Available for evenings and/or weekends to assist with support staff coverage or other emergency situations.
Possess the maturity and stability to serve as a role model for clients.
