Mortgage Positions Available
First Heritage Financial, LLC a wholly owned subsidiary of American Heritage Federal Credit Union is seeking several positions for its expanding mortgage company. These positions are designed to provide mortgage liaison services for a $940+ million credit union, its sponsor companies and 33 Credit Union partners throughout Pennsylvania.

Duties: |
| Responsibilities include professional interaction with a growing number of credit union members and mortgage partners. Providing high quality counseling, advisement and educational prospective for borrowers regarding mortgage programs, rates and documentation requirements by conducting in-depth telephone and occasional face to face interviews |
Qualifications: |
Candidates must possess a thorough understanding of mortgage originations, FNMA, FHA and PHFA programs and guidelines, relationship marketing experience, well-developed communication skills and the ability to identify and cultivate existing and future business opportunities. Minimum 5 years of origination experience, preferably in a tele-selling environment.
Minimum educational requirement is an Associate’s degree; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience commensurate with position requirements will be considered.
