Human Resource Position

Successful growing company has an excellent opportunity for a motivated human resource person. We are looking for someone that would be responsible for the overall and multi-faceted development, implementation, and management of our human resources programs including, benefits; such as life, health, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance; compensation, recruitment, and selection, training, safety, payroll, and workers' compensation, internal communications, and employee relations. Maintains complete, comprehensive and compliant HR policies and procedures and monitors and addresses risk in all applicable employment laws and regulations. Assist operations team with administrative support to ensure success in customer service and business objectives. Facilitate various trainings in both English and Spanish. Candidates must possess excellent planning, leadership, problem-solving and communication skills. Minimum qualifications include bachelor's degree and two years of professional human resource management experience or equivalent experience in HR. You must be a hard-working self starter who works well independently.   Fluency in both English and Spanish, reading, writing and speaking is required.
