Our products change the lives of our customers and give them a new lease on life. The inbound sales team is responsible for assessing customers’ needs, determining what products will be most effective for them, and helping them realize how those products will help them achieve their goals.
You will not be restricted by a script, and you will be allowed to use your creativity to develop a variety of negotiating tools such as discounts, specials, and promotions.
Days, nights, and weekend shifts are available.

Duties: |
•Attend training that lasts two weeks. It will provide you with product knowledge and give you the tools you need to sell our products successfully.
•Provide customer service by answering customer inquiries and doing whatever is necessary to ensure customers are happy.
•Multi-task between varying computer systems and websites as you take orders.
•Receive training on cross-selling (helping customers realize how other products we have could help them), up-sells, and committing customers to future orders.
•Motivate yourself every day to be productive and make decisions independently without constant supervision.
•Achieve your performance goals.

Qualifications: |
•We want people with solid sales ability and strong personalities, so experience is preferred but not necessary. If you have a positive attitude, are self-motivated, and have the ability to learn quickly then you will be successful. Being bilingual is a plus, but is not required.
•The Inbound Sales position requires pristine customer service skills.
•You must have strong interpersonal written and oral communication skills and the ability to utilize those skills to overcome customer objections and contribute to a positive and energetic team environment.
•You must have the ability to interact and build rapport with people from various demographics.
•You must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment and making decisions on your own.
•We want people that are driven by results and committed to meeting or exceeding sales expectations. Much will be expected of you, but you will be recognized, appreciated, and rewarded for your performance.
