Description: | Coordinates the daily operation of the Dispatchers and work load activities; training, support, and supervision of Dispatchers; provide support to all departments.
| Duties: | Supervise dispatchers daily work activities and assignments
Coordinate work with interrelated departments Insight Broadband, Internal Dispatch, Technical and Customer Service
Compile, schedule, assign and print work orders
Always maintain a positive and professional team-oriented work environment
Support, develop, and evaluate employees
Work cooperatively with management and dispatchers in exceeding departmental and company standards
Workload management and coordination between technical departments
Hiring, training and development of dispatchers
Perform related duties as assigned by management or as the situation dictates
| Qualifications: | Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Excellent customer service skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A positive and professional attitude
Ability to maintain a team atmosphere within departments
Exceptional organization and problem solving skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED
Internal candidates must have completed six months of service
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Will work on computers while sitting at their desk for extended periods at a time
