Description: |
Schedule: Monday - Friday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm; alternating Saturdays.
Developing positive relationships with internal and external members, exhibiting our core values to enhance membership growth and loyalty while meeting their financial needs.
Handle a high volume of transactions with courtesy, professionalism, and accuracy to ensure superior member service.

Duties: |
• Receive and process various member financial transactions and answer member inquiries. Cross-sell SLFCU products and services when appropriate. Post transactions to member accounts and maintain member records.
• Balance cash drawer and daily transactions according to balancing standards.
• Welcome members and answer general questions regarding services offered by SLFCU. Direct members to appropriate department for specific information and service.
• Take ownership for quality of work and member relationships.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality, while remaining flexible regarding tasks, scheduling and location of work, to support a high level of member service and teamwork.
• Ensure our member and Credit Union information is treated with utmost confidence and security to support our Core Purpose of being our members trusted partner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications: |
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Knowledge of computer applications.
• Six months customer service experience.
• Experience as a teller in a financial institution desired.
• Previous sales training desired.
• Good Personal Credit History required. |
