Description:

The Child Programs Associate provides associate-level support for all NTFB child programs, including the Food 4 Kids Cafe, and summer programs.

Duties:

Maintain familiarity with all NTFB child programs in order to offer appropriate support when necessary;
Maintain accurate, updated, and organized files (paper and Navision);
Collect monthly reports from all child program sites, following appropriate and written procedures to obtain missing or late reports;
Act as primary data entry staff for department, entering monthly reports (and any other) data into Navision for all child programs;
Conduct monitoring visits for program sites, tracking visits and providing any necessary follow up;
Act as “help desk” for child program sites, tracking visits and providing support to sites to ensure that ordering and reporting is in accordance to program requirements;
Provide valuable assistance to other program staff with set-up and preparation for events/training/etc.

Qualifications:

Associates degree or two years experience in a related field. Must be computer literate, possess excellent communication skills, and provide exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work well with people of diverse backgrounds. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with social service organizations. Driver’s license and transportation required.
