| To direct and coordinate the activities of personnel in a remote bank facility, aiding the branch manager in ensuring the branch meets organizational financial, operational, service, and growth plans. |
Duties: |
Supervise, coach and lead support staff. Prepares work schedules, monitors performance and trains new branch personnel.
Explains services to potential consumer and commercial account customers to generate additional business and to promote positive public relations.
Monitors branch office operations for security purposes.
Assist customers with questions or issues and answers quesitons about Bankproducts and services.
Oversee Branch compliance with Centra Bank's policies and procedures.
Manages branch office in absence of manager.

Qualifications: |
Two years to five years of similar or related experience.
A two year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.
