Description: | Capital Communications Federal Credit Union, voted a best place to work since 2003, is currently seeking a dynamic individual with the ability to engage our members and provide them with a quality service experience!
Successful candidates will be well versed in a variety of financial products and services including savings, checking, IRA’s, loans, online banking, etc.
| Duties: | Branch Representatives assist our members with their financial needs and work closely with other departments and subsidiaries to ensure that needs are met in a timely fashion. The work environment is fast paced and requires flexibility, drive, problem solving ability, and strong multi–tasking skills!
Branch Representatives are based in the Contact Center at our Main Office. Successful training may result in future placement at one of our branch locations in the Capital Region.
| Qualifications: | MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
• High School diploma;
• One (1) year of proven experience in financial services industry in a platform role;
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel;
• Strong interpersonal and verbal/written/auditory communication skills.
