| PSECU is a high-tech progressive $3+ billion financial institution that is seeking a Part Time Customer Service Representative. Duties: |
- These entry level positions include answering incoming calls,
- Assisting our valued members with general inquiries and other transactions,
- Processing member correspondence.

Qualifications: |
- Candidates for this position must have a genuine interest in working with our members,
- Possess excellent communication skills (both oral and written),
- Good attendance,
- Solid problem solving skills,
- Ability to use intermediate PC-based software such as Microsoft Office.
- Call center/banking experience is not a requirement, but certainly would be a plus.
- Applicants must be bondable and credit worthy.
Candidates must be prepared to commit a minimum of 20 hours to a maximum of 28 hours per work week. Hours: Monday and Friday (9am - 5pm), Tuesday (9am - 2 pm) and Saturday (8AM - 12PM). Must be available for training during daylight hours. Training period will be approximately16 weeks. |
