Description: | | Responsible for developing, implementing and managing a "Bank at Work" marketing program and related products. | Duties: | * Develop, oversee and manage a "Bank at Work" initiative to include acquisition of new at-work companies.
* Work with regional leadership to determine prospects as well as effective marketing tactics for reaching new "Bank at Work" clients specific to the area or region.
* Responsible for generating sales growth through the retail bank branches.
* Directs training and performance expectations throughout the regions specifically as it relates to "Bank at Work" campaigns and promotions. | Qualifications: | * Bachelor's degree in a related field
* Four years of experience in program development and management within the marketing department of a financial institution
* Strong sales leadership and coaching skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organization skills and independent work ethic
* Ability to travel, as needed |
