Description: | We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Branch Manager for our Clifton Park office. As a branch manager you would be responsible and accountable for achieving goals mutually established with senior management. In addition, you would provide leadership to branch office staff, foster team building and working relationships with your staff through coaching and mentoring.
| Qualifications: | TCT Federal Credit Union is looking to fill this position with an individual that demonstrates a strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written skills and a strong desire to grow professionally.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years Credit Union/Banking experience with direct responsibility for the overall operations of a branch office.
A strong background in lending is preferred.
