On an as needed basis, Flexible Workforce (FWF) team members will assist in providing Legendary Service in Customer Service, Accounting, Human Resources, and general office duties.
The purpose of this program is to utilize a flexible work force that is on call in on an as needed basis. Each FWF team member will be contacted when there are hours to be worked. FWF team members will be assigned hours based on their previous quality of work along with their availability.
The goal is for the best FWF team members to work into a full-time position with Woodard Cleaning & Restoration.

Duties: |
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Assist in general office duties associated with the Administration and Customer Service departments
Take incoming phone calls and/or direct them to the appropriate parties
Address any customer questions or concerns regarding Woodard's Services.
Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, recording details of inquiries and moments as well as actions taken.
Update and filing required paperwork
Enter data into computer system utilizing an order entry software.
Process billing invoices
Understanding of job costing and ability to maintain on-going project cost information
Prepare correspondence as necessary
Fax / Copy
OTHER FUNCTIONS
Provide coverage for other employees during absences and vacations.
Providing administrative support to multiple departments
Other duties as assigned, such as (but not limited to) providing support to Operations Managers.
Posting Production hours, and updating paid invoices |
Qualifications: |
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Majority of the work is performed in an office environment with some potential of working on location
Some overtime is required. Hours include some Saturdays. Ability to be flexible with schedule during busy periods is a requirement
Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
Must be able to manipulate a keyboard and mouse
Must be able to handle pressure of customer and technician requests
Must have normal visual, speed, and auditory acuity
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs on a regular basis

Ability to communicate effectively verbally over the phone and in writing with both customers and co-workers
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, working in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to perform general math functions such as (but not limited to) pricing, square footage and job costing
