Description: | Responsibilities: Will provide medically necessary mental health assessments to children and their families in the PCC office, their homes, at schools and/or other community settings.
Will create a biopsychosocial or in-depth 0-5 assessment and treatment plan for all clients. Will utilize the ASQ and ASQ-SE as well as additional assessments, as needed.
Requirements: Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage& Family Therapy (or the equivalent) from an accredited university or college in the field of counseling, social work, psychology or related human service.
Minimum of 2 years experience with children with serious emotional disturbances, trauma, and abuse/neglect issues.
Must have experience with the 0-5 population.
Must be licensed with the state of Florida.
Must be able to travel locally and work a flexible schedule.
Bi-lingual (Spanish-Creole) extremely helpful.
