General Job Objective(s):
This position is responsible for assisting the Client Services department with the needs of specific projects. A Program Coordinator may be trained on various projects and may work with different program mangers, depending on the business needs of the department.

Duties: |
Assist in managing client expectations, internal & external deliverables, and project timelines.
Assist in the design and execution of all project components including campaign design, client output, etc.
Maintain and review daily/weekly client reports
Responsible for quality control and accuracy of reports
Manage daily transmissions to clients via IT
Assist program management in initial and on-going project training
Assist program management with internal and client monitoring sessions
Interact with client on a regular basis via email and phone
Perform basic scripting functions
Perform advanced AS400 functions
Exhibit quality customer service skills
Perform administrative duties as necessary, including data entry, database updates, faxing and copying
Adjust to department needs
Adhere to company policies

Computer literacy in Excel and Word
