Description: | | Responsible for working with the Account Mangers and existing healthcare client accounts from initial enrollment, as well as throughout the relationship. | Duties: | • Resolve administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between account management, operations, and any necessary client contact.
• Provide support with the client implementation process including setting up system access and answering system questions and issues both for the client and the company.
• Actively participate in training staff members on client systems and client implementation processes.
• Schedule meetings based on client requirements. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating with appropriate internal departments, creating agenda, and following up on outstanding action items.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures, workflows and training manuals.
• Provide client with monthly reports as required.
• Develop reports into approved format as defined by applicable Account Manager and Director of Marketing.
• Point of contact for operations on claims issues. Coordinating with client and account managers as necessary for solutions.
• Point of contact for finance on invoice questions. Coordinating with client and account managers as necessary for solutions.
• Understand client requirements on quality assurance. Generate and review reports that provide account management, operations and clients with information on status of said client requirements.
• Ability to work established business hours M-F.
| Qualifications: | • Minimum of 2+ years experience/background in healthcare insurance claims processing and medical billing or equivalent combination of education and/or training.
• Knowledge of healthcare and claims systems including Facets, AS400, Fortuna, IDX, Diamond and others a plus.
• Ability to solve problems and take on responsibilities and challenges.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills including the ability to convey information effectively.
• Computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and have the ability to learn proprietary system as well as other payer claim systems.
• Ability to see details and be thorough in completing tasks.
• Ability to work independently as evidenced by identifying problems, gathering data, weighing the facts, consulting others as necessary, making decisions and effectively implementing the decision.
• Excellent customer relation skills.
Education/Training/Experience:
• High School Diploma/GED.
