This position is responsible for managing the In-House Sales Team. The candidate must exercise judgment and initiative in helping move the organization forward in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment. The In-House Sales Supervisor will report to the Sales Manager, Soft Drinks. All decisions and actions must support the Company’s Mission Vision and values.

Duties: |
Essential Responsibilities and Duties include but are not limited to, the following:
• Assisting with outbound sales calls to promote new products
• Work with field sales team in managing customer relationships
• Taking incoming customer service calls
• Assisting with special orders
• Backup receptionist duties
• Possess and display a passion for driving continuous improvement and change in a dynamic market.
• Manage, motivate, coach, and develop direct reports to be successful with deliverables.
• Show creativity and awareness of innovative and proactive opportunities.
• Practice effective performance management through influencing, recognizing, rewarding, and correcting by using Bernick processes and procedures in an effective and timely manner.

Qualifications: |
Qualification Requirements:
Education and experience:
• Management, Sales and/or marketing experience required.
• A minimum of two years of experience managing people.
• 4 year degree or equivalent required, preferably in sales, marketing or business.
• A proven track record working with multiple locations and various levels of an organization.
• Demonstrated excellence in selling, as well as developing and executing sales strategies.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle high volume of phone calls
• Positive results in influencing others in a professional setting dealing with sales and/or operations activities.
Ability to:
• Be recognized as a role model of the highest professional and ethical standards.
• Take ownership of responsibilities and accept accountability for one’s own and the department’s work product, actions, and decisions.
• Possess a current, valid Driver’s license and have a driving record, which meets the Company’s minimum standards.
• Travel occasionally (primarily within Minnesota and Western Wisconsin).
• Multi-task and maintain positive under pressure
