General Manager (focus on AL and IL)

This high-end property provides 148 totally-renovated independent living units and 100 brand new assisted living units as part of a campus setting also offering skilled nursing (managed by our sister company, Life Care).

Qualifications:

Ideal Candidate:

5+ years proven management in hospitality-focused senior housing
Sales expertise through results-oriented efforts
Genuine compassion for seniors
Proven track record of profitability including solid understanding of P& L accounting
Leadership skills including good judgment and initiative
Effective people skills
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
BS degree preferred
Indiana AL license preferred
